Inspired by his daughter Elaine's hearing journey, Eddie founded HHVU to support families of children with hearing loss across Uganda.

Leads rehabilitation programming that supports spoken-language communication for children and individuals with hearing loss.
Edith Mukaaya
Director Parents Support / Counselling & Finance/Admin
Oversees parent support, counselling, finance, and administration for HHVU's family-centered programs.
